Fees and Payments

• One-Time Payment: No additional charges.
• Installment Payment: Subject to an additional fee of ₹5,000.
• Payment Schedule: 60% payable upfront, and the remaining 40% within one week.
• Certification will only be issued upon full payment. Partial payments will not be accepted under any condition.

Course Duration and Timings

Class timing is fixed according to the institute schedule.

• Amadeus Basic Functionality Course: 2 weeks
• Travelport Basic Functionality Course: 2 weeks
• Travelport Smartpoint Document Production: 1 week
• Full Course (Amadeus + Travelport): 1 month
• Offline Class Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3 hours per day.
• Students are responsible for attending all scheduled classes. The institute does not assume responsibility for any student absences. Any syllabus missed due to absence will be briefly recapped with key points during the final session, subject to time availability.
• In the event of a class being cancelled due to an official institute holiday, a makeup session will be arranged.

Assessment and Certification

• Participation in assessments is mandatory to qualify for certification.
• Certificates are issued within 15 to 30 days following the exam.
• Certifications are issued exclusively by the official head offices of Amadeus and Travelport.
• For any queries related to certificate authenticity, please contact the official helpdesks or call centers of Amadeus and Travelport.

Examination Guidelines

• The examination process includes Open Book Assessments and Online and Practical Tests.
• Examinations are conducted only upon completion of the course.
• Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited during class. Required PCs will be provided by the institute.

Mandatory Requirements

• One passport-size photograph
• One digital/photo document
• Valid address proof (mandatory)
• Proof of 10th-grade completion and basic computer knowledge (mandatory)

Course Material

The syllabus is aligned with the official guidelines of Travelport and Amadeus. Study materials will be provided in the form of E-manuals. Please note: Ved Mantra does not provide training on "Married Segment Breaking", as this is strictly intended for licensed travel agents.

Eligibility

There is no age restriction for enrollment in any of the courses.

Post-Course Support

• Once the course is completed, students are not allowed to re-attend training lectures.
• However, trainers will remain available for query resolution as per their availability after course completion.

Charges and Payment Policies

Courier Charges: If your certificate is dispatched via courier, you will be required to bear the courier charges.

Discount Validity: Discount is applicable only on one-time payment and is valid for 2 days after the demo session.
